You cannot create playlists in 在线学术视频 but you can make and share video clips.

It is not possible to create clips or playlists in 时髦的数字校园.
The streaming videos in the 图书馆’s databases are licensed for instructional purposes in a classroom setting. The following collections also include public performance rights (PPR), 这意味着电影可以被展示 on campus to the public so long as the screening is free. The screening need not be for instructional purposes. 例如, it is permissible for a student club or other college organization to host a screening of a film with PPR.
